The company has provided services for many blue chip organisations (covering installation, maintenance and repairs). We have, for many years, specialised in the supply, installation and commissioning of a vast range of cooling and heat pump air conditioning equipment.
Through our technical staff and engineers, we are able to offer a full range of services both before and after sales giving advice and assistance. As a responsible contractor, all installation and maintenance work is carried out by our own highly trained engineers, (who are qualified to carry out everything as required), with the minimum of disruption to your life.
- Always ensure that the washable filters fitted to the ceiling and wall mounted indoor evaporator units, are kept clean and free from dust build up. This will ensure air movements through the unit are maintained and not put added and unnecessary strain on the internal components.
- When your indoor evaporator unit leaks, examine the condense tray for evidence of debris and check that the condense drain pipe is clear of obstruction. Access may be tricky but if successful in clearing a blockage, you will avoid expensive emergency call outs.
- Protect against nuisance boiler failure resulting from frozen condense pipe work by increasing the pipe work diameter from the condense tray to the external waste outlet.
- Try setting your thermostat between 72°F and 78°F. Each degree setting below 78°F will increase your energy consumption by approximately 8%. As you can see, that can add up to a lot of money over a year.
- Inspect and clean both the indoor and outdoor AC/Heating coils. The indoor coil in
your air conditioner acts as a magnet for dust because it is constantly wetted during
the cooling season. Dirt build-
up on the indoor coil is the single most common cause of poor efficiency. The outdoor coil must also be checked periodically for dirt build- up and cleaned if necessary.
